  The sales team are lovely and professional, I've bought through them before but but the rental dept is so awful it cancels it out. I wish I'd never trusted them to manage my property. They are also very expensive and charge statement fees, gst on those fees etc when many places don't.

  There's one woman they should ban from answering phones although it's quite comical to hear her answer and say 'Kay Charles Real Estate' in the biggest yobbo bogan voice ever heard which is far more reminiscent of a tacky comedy show than of an actual person answering phones in a professional environment. It's really bad. So is the way they treat their landlords from my experience. Avoid like the plague. I would rather stick pins in my own eyes than have to deal with them again.
