  Twice we have attempted to order from this shop. The first time, we waited for over an hour before being told, sorry we don't have the ingredients for this pizza. Tonight, we tried again, this time we have waited over two hours for a pizza only to be told that it will be leaving shorty. In both cases, even though they request your phone number, I've had to call them and endure 10 minutes on hold listening to how great they are at fast delivery, DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM CRUST As they cannot get it right ever. A totally terrible experience

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!! We ordered a pizza at 7, said the pizza would take an hour, 2 hours later we don't just get snobbed off by the rude customer service person but get HUNG UP when we ring up to ask on the status of our order!!! Don't order from here if you actually want your food to be delivered at a reasonable hour!

  Poor customer service. Was served Florentine Rocota without Fetta/Rocota. Upon discovering it immediately called store.i was ready to return the pizza. However I was assured incentive of one free pizza next time. Today when I ordered 2 pizzass and no one in the shop acknowledged. Upon reminding unwillingly I was offered 50% discount as a favour which I did not take. I have been going to the shop every week. Will think 10 times before revisiting the store.

  I've never had a bad run in with crust pizza, it's always fresh and have never waited more than 30 minutes.. I don't know why so many bad reviews??

  Don,t try using Menulog with this restaurant, they have no idea!! EXTREMELY overpriced pizzas and you would get more taste from eating cardboard than the bases on these pizzas. Suggest to save your money. never again!
