  I went in to find some decent flowers, nothing overly extravagant. The woman behind the counter then called me to the front and asked if I'd like some roses from out the back in the cooler, to which I accepted. I requested to see the pink and white flowers, which was ignored as she brought out the yellow ones. I then asked if I could see the pink flowers closer, as she was holding them out of the door of the cooler, while I was still at the front desk. This was as close as I got to them as, again, this request was ignored. She began to strip the leaves, assuming I was to buy the flowers. I wanted to buy only $25 maximum, but as she had prepared the flowers without telling me the cost, I had essentially been forced into buying flowers that cost $37, all because the lady refused to listen to my requests and I felt I was being rushed out of the store. This was followed by a ridiculous attempt to upsell the flowers into a bouquet for $15, which I refused.

  I purchased some flowers for my mum last week and I must say I was overwhelmed by the friendly and helpful service I received. Let alone the amazing bunch of flowers I purchased. My mum was delighted with the arrangement and couldn't be happier. I will be going back to the individual flower gallery for all my flower needs!

  Long story short, I felt the service was poor, rushed, disinterested and insincere. Trying to bully people into spending more than they want is an atrocious way to run a business. Let them get what they want, and they will return, act like this, and the customer count will fall. A passing customer was more polite than the woman who served me. I felt the more expensive flowers were forced on me and I am quite disappointed overall with this florist.

  Wow, Wow, Wow! Individual Flower Gallery are the best flowers in town. We have had lovely service every time we have gone into the store, the ladies in there are lovely! The value for money is outstanding and have never been disappointed.
